Jeevan Vigyan serves as a contemporary spiritual center situated in Kathmandu, Nepal. It aims to impart the principles and practices necessary for leading a spiritually enriching life through a blend of meditation, yoga, psychology, and management development programs. The center's primary objective is to assist individuals in recognizing their inherent nature characterized by boundless inner joy and overall life excellence.

Emphasizing a scientific approach, Jeevan Vigyan maintains a stance free from any communal, sectarian, or religious affiliations. Its impact has reached over two million individuals across approximately 55 countries through its in-person programs, in addition to countless others benefiting from virtual and online sessions.

Currently, the center offers around two hundred daily yoga and meditation classes conducted in various languages by a cohort of 1,200 trained Jeevan Vigyan instructors. This extensive range provides participants the flexibility to select sessions that fit their schedule and location.
